The Seal Ring is placed in a groove or housing, forming a barrier between the axle components that oscillate or rotate. As the axle rotates, the seal ring maintains constant contact, effectively sealing the joint between these components. This prevents the lubricating oil or grease from leaking out and blocks external elements from infiltrating the axle assembly. Consequently, it ensures proper lubrication of moving parts and prevents premature wear and damage caused by contaminants.
