30R-0619: Cat® Reman Hydraulic Cylinder

Cat Reman hydraulic cylinders and rods such as 30R-0619 work together to convert fluid power produced by the hydraulic pump into motion and force to get work done. All viable cylinder cores are brought back to new specifications and thoroughly cleaned to remove contaminants. All re-tubed cylinders are tested for weld integrity. Flanges, caps, and trunnions are replaced with new Cat parts when requirements are not met. Cylinder rod cores suitable for remanufacture are straightened, ground, chrome plated and polished as needed. Damaged rods are replaced with new stainless-steel rods that are induction hardened to improve resistance to nicks and dents and extend seal life. During final assembly all new seals are installed, and because contamination can damage new seals and eventually spread to pumps or valves, we install genuine Cat seals, designed to handle extreme temperatures and pressures.
