An Angular Contact Bearing, also known as an angular contact ball bearing, is a type of rolling element bearing that consists of an inner race, an outer race, a set of balls, and a cage to hold the balls in position. It features raceways in the inner and outer rings that are inclined to the bearing axis, allowing the bearing to support both radial and axial forces. This design enables the bearing to handle higher axial loads than standard deep groove ball bearings.

Applications:
An Angular Contact Bearing is used in the bogie of the undercarriage to support the spindle shaft and provide a low-friction surface for the spindle to rotate inside the bogie frame. It also ensures proper alignment of the spindle shaft.
