A Track Link is designed to provide traction, support the weight of the machine, and facilitate smooth movement across various terrains. It connects the right-hand side of the track using pins and bushings. It consists of a sturdy metal structure typically made of high-strength steel, which is designed to withstand the extreme forces and wear associated with heavy-duty applications. It incorporates a pin and bushing mechanism to interconnect individual links.
Attributes:
• Hardened to increase the strength and wear resistance
• Provided with pinholes that align with the adjacent link's pinholes, allowing pins to pass through them
Applications:
A Track Link is used to facilitate smooth and reliable movement of the excavator while withstanding demanding operating conditions and also ensuring the proper alignment of the tracks to form a continuous track loop in the Undercarriage.
