The Crankcase Breather Element regulates the pressure inside the crankcase by allowing the expulsion of gases, particularly blow-by gases while preventing the escape of oil mist and other harmful emissions into the environment. The Crankcase Breather Element is located at the bottom of the engine oil pan, allowing it to catch any oil mist that may have formed within the crankcase due to the rotational motion of the engine components. The baffle directs the airflow within the breather element, promoting efficient filtration and separation of oil droplets and contaminants from the air.

Attributes:
• Provide with an adhesive bond which provides structural support and stability for the filtration components
• Acts as a barrier to prevent large particles and debris from entering the breather element
• Provide with expanded aluminum foil element for its high surface area and excellent oil mist retention properties

Applications:
The Crankcase Breather Element is used in the engine oil pan and helps to facilitate the venting of excess pressure by allowing the filtered gases to escape while retaining the oil droplets and contaminants within the filtration medium.
