A Spark Plug Thread Adapter consists of two different threads on each end. One end matches the thread size and pitch of the existing spark plug hole in the engine cylinder head, while the other end matches the thread size and pitch of the desired spark plug. This allows for the installation of a spark plug that would not fit directly into the engine's original spark plug hole.
