Description:
Brake camshafts, such as 2G-9349, are used to transfer power to air-actuated, S-cam operated shoe type braking mechanisms. The cam rotates when the brakes are actuated, pushing the brake shoe against the brake drum to produce the friction needed to slow or stop the machine.
