A Heater Coil is used to efficiently transfer heat from a heating element to the surrounding air. It consists of a series of closely spaced fins, with 12 fins per inch, that are attached to a network of tubes or pipes. These fins increase the surface area of the coil, allowing for enhanced heat transfer. When the heating element is energized, it generates heat, which is then transferred to the fins and subsequently to the air passing over the coil.
Attributes:
• Air flow rate value of the heater coil is 8.5 m3/min, which ensures that the warmth is evenly spread
• Coolant flow rate value is 13.6 l/min, maximizing the heat output and providing optimal comfort
Applications:
A Heater Coil serves as a heat transfer part that efficiently warms the cabin air by transferring heat from a heating element to the surrounding air, maintaining a comfortable temperature within the operator cabin, and ensuring optimal working conditions.
