The Gas Strut facilitates the controlled opening and closing of the cover. This gas spring employs compressed gas to generate force, allowing for effortless and smooth operation of the hood. The Gas Spring consists of a sealed cylinder filled with pressurized gas, and nitrogen. One end of the cylinder is attached to the frame, while the other end is connected to the cover or lid. Inside the cylinder, there is a piston with a piston rod extending outward.

• Hold the cover in place eliminates the need for additional supports or mechanisms, ensuring a clutter-free
• Provide the extended length of the gas spring will be 685mm and in normal position, it will be 375.5mm

Applications:
The Gas Strut is used in the top panel part of the generator set enclosure to prevent the panel from accidentally closing while the user accesses the generator.
