The Screed Vibratory Drive Shaft also known as the eccentric shaft generates powerful vibrations. It consists of a rotating shaft with strategically placed weights attached to it. These weights are carefully balanced and precisely positioned to ensure optimal vibration characteristics. The shaft rotates at high speeds, causing the weights to create centrifugal forces. These forces generate vibrations that are transmitted to the screed plate or tamper bars, resulting in the compaction and leveling of the asphalt.
