A Bucket Cylinder Piston is a component of the bucket cylinder, which is for controlling the movement of the bucket. It is connected to the piston rod, which extends and retracts to move the bucket. When the hydraulic system applies pressure to the back of the piston, the piston moves forward, driving the piston rod forward and the bucket upward. When the hydraulic system reverses the pressure, the piston moves backward, driving the piston rod backward and the bucket downward.
