A Track Idler Shaft End Plate is used to prevent the idler hub, bearing, and other associated components from coming out or getting lost during the operation, ensuring that they remain securely in their intended position with the idler shaft in the track roller frame. The plate is fitted with the idler shaft which is subjected to vibrations, shocks, or other forces that could cause the components to come loose or fall out.
Attributes:
• Withstands high levels of stress and strain
• Provided with a minimum yield strength of 413 MPa to withstand significant loads without deformation or failure
• Provided with 3 mounting holes to fit the fastener of size M12
Applications:
A Track Idler Shaft End Plate is used in the track roller frame supporting the idler shaft to hold and secure the idler parts such as the hub, bearing, and other parts in position to maintain proper function and alignment of the idler shaft.
