A Radar Ground Speed Sensor is used to accurately measure the ground speed of the machine. It emits a radar signal that is reflected off the ground and received back by the sensor. By analyzing the frequency shift of the reflected signal, the sensor is able to calculate the ground speed of the machine with a high level of accuracy. This information is then transmitted to the machine's control unit for monitoring and adjustment of speed as necessary.
