An Engine Fuel Atomizer ensures that the fuel is finely atomized to promote efficient mixing with the incoming air. The fuel atomizer receives pressurized fuel from the fuel pump and delivers it into the combustion chamber. When the Engine Control Unit (ECU) sends a signal, the injector opens the needle valve, allowing fuel to flow through the injector tip. The fuel is then forced through small orifices or spray holes in the tip, creating a high-pressure spray. This spray breaks the fuel into small droplets, increasing its surface area and facilitating efficient mixing with the incoming air in the combustion chamber. The finely atomized fuel-air mixture ensures complete combustion and optimal engine performance.
