The Transmission Wiring Harness connects the transmission control module (TCM) or the transmission control unit (TCU) to the various solenoids and sensors within the hydraulic control valve. It facilitates the communication and transmission of electrical signals between the TCM/TCU and the hydraulic components of the Transmission. It is responsible for transmitting electrical signals between the TCM/TCU and the solenoids and sensors within the valve body. These signals control the hydraulic pressure, engagement, and shifting of gears within the Transmission.
