A Tank Support Plate serves to support and reinforce the air or hydraulic tank assembly. It is made to absorb and dampen the vibrations generated during the operation of the equipment to prevent potential damage or displacement of the tank, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the equipment. It helps in mounting the tank assembly, providing additional support to the service brake lines.
Attributes:
• Provided with 6 weld nuts to fit the fastener of size 3/8"
• Distributes the loads and reduces stress concentrations to increase the overall structural strength
Applications:
A Tank Support Plate is used in the service brake lines to hold and secure the tank on the platform, ensuring the proper position of the tank. It also ensures the proper alignment of the hoses and fittings that are connected to the tank.
