The Service Brake Control Valve Mounting Plate helps to mount the brake control valves onto the machine frame along with the help of the fasteners. The plate is made of durable steel to withstand the mechanical stresses encountered during operation and is fitted with the valves, retaining the valves in their places. It includes a plate, shaft, block, and bosses that can support loads without bending or breaking, preventing any unwanted movement or interference during equipment operation.

Attributes:
• Hardened to Rockwell C scale hardness of C50 with a depth case of 1.5mm to withstand the high level of shear force without deformation
• Provided with 2 weld-on bosses to fit the fastener of size M10

Applications:
The Service Brake Control Valve Mounting Plate is used to hold and secure the service brake control valve and accumulator charging valve to facilitate the connection of hydraulic lines to the valves. It ensures the precise positioning and secure attachment of the valves, thereby enabling the precise control of brake fluid flow.
