The Circuit Breaker serves as an automatic switch that can interrupt the flow of electric current when required to prevent damage to the equipment or potential hazards. When the current passing through the circuit exceeds a predetermined threshold, the bimetallic strip heats up or the electromagnet becomes energized, triggering the switch to open and interrupt the flow of electricity.
Attributes:
• Toggle switch allows operators to manually control the electrical circuit, ensuring their safety during emergencies or maintenance tasks
• Provided with a mounting hole of diameter 9.525mm to secure it in place
Applications:
The Circuit Breaker is to protect the electrical unit from overloads and short circuits. When the current exceeds a safe level, the circuit breaker automatically interrupts the flow of electricity.
