A Steering Extended Shaft is a component in the chassis of a wheel loader, providing control and maneuverability to the wheel loader. The Steering Extended Drive Shaft (SEDS) with a Hydraulic Hose Line enhances the efficiency and flexibility of the steering system. When the operator turns the steering wheel, the steering gearbox transfers the rotational motion to the extended drive shaft. The universal joints allow the shaft to articulate as the loader's chassis moves, ensuring smooth and continuous power transmission. Simultaneously, the hydraulic hose line conveys pressurized hydraulic fluid from the steering pump to the steering cylinders mounted on the axle.
