A Friction Disc is to control the transmission of power and facilitate the operation of the winch. It is made of a high friction material that can withstand the forces and temperatures generated during winching operations. The friction disc is designed to engage and disengage with other parts in the winch, such as the clutch or brake mechanism, to control the movement of the winch drum. When engaged, the friction disc creates frictional resistance against a stationary surface or another rotating component, allowing the winch to hold or control the load being lifted or pulled.
