The Draft Tube Cover provides a protective cover and housing for the draft tube mechanism that helps control the flow and discharge of material from the scraper bowl. This allows the cover and the draft tube mechanism it encloses to move in unison with the scraper bowl as the bowl is raised, lowered, tilted, or angled by the suspension and positioning mechanisms of the overall scraper assembly.
Attributes:
• Provides a protective housing around this draft tube to shield it from damage, debris, and the elements
• Secure mounting to the push frame assembly for integrated movement with the scraper bowl
Applications:
The Draft Tube Cover is used to ensure consistent and controlled material discharge from the bowl during operation. The cover is part of the larger push frame assembly that connects the scraper bowl to the supporting machine frame.
