An Internal Hexagonal Plug serves to close or seal the openings in a hydraulic control valve. The primary purpose is used to prevent the fluids from leaking out and protect them from external contaminants, such as dust, dirt, or moisture. It is made of durable material to withstand the high stresses and temperatures generated during operation.
Attributes:
• Provided with an internal hexagonal drive that allows it to be tightened or loosened with a hexagonal key
• Hardened to Brinell indentation depth of 3.5 - 3.7mm to withstand high loads and high fluid pressures in the valve
Applications:
An Internal Hexagonal Plug is used to seal and secure internal cavities, ports, or passages, effectively preventing the escape of fluids or contaminants from the valve in the hydraulic unit, ensuring the proper containment of fluids, and the protection of the hydraulic control valve.
