A Compression Spring is a type of mechanical spring that is constructed to resist the compressive load or from applied to it. When a compressive force is applied, the coils are compressed, and the spring stores the energy. The shape of the compression spring is cylindrical, with a helical coil that is tightly wound to resist compression.
Attributes:
• Provided with a spring rate of 12.25 N/mm, which determines the amount of force the spring can handle
• Provided with total coils of 12.12 and active coils of 10.12 that help to maintain their shape and stability
Applications:
A Compression Spring is used in the diverter valves and oil pump plug to provide the necessary force to regulate the movement of internal parts within them, redirecting the flow of the fluid based on the requirements, ensuring proper operation and control of fluid distribution.
