A Flanged Sleeve Bearing is a sliding contact bearing with a flange at one end extending radially outward from the outside diameter. The Flanged Sleeve Bearings have a flange integral with the outer ring to axially constrain the bearing which helps to reduce mounting complexity and cost. The oil grooves are cut into the bearing surfaces which act as oil reservoirs to hold and distribute the oil between the rubbing surfaces.

• Thin wall construction prevents excessive heat build-up that could cause bearing failure
• Provided with 4 oil holes of size 10mm
• Internal grooves provided
• Designed to minimize friction between the shaft and the bearing surface
• Provides mechanical stability with low coefficients of friction.

Applications:
A Flanged Sleeve Bearing is used inside the rear frame to provide support chassis arrangements, generally used to reduce the friction between the moving parts.
